**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English language and literature to classes IX to XII in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that foster students' language skills, literature appreciation, and critical thinking.
- Assess students' academic progress through regular assignments, tests, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them improve their writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills.
- Engage students in classroom discussions, debates, and other interactive activities to enhance their communication abilities.
- Motivate students to participate in literary and co-curricular activities, including debates, essay writing, and dramatics.
- Encourage a love for literature and help students appreciate both classic and contemporary works.
- Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Stay updated on current trends in education and teaching methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in English (M.A. in English) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching English at the senior secondary level.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and examination requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and modern teaching methods.
