About Us:
Synergy Corporation is a leading engineering solutions provider in India, engaged in the supply of critical equipment such as motors, pumps, valves, and gearboxes to clients including NTPC, BHEL, IOCL, and leading EPCs. We are now enhancing our internal systems and seeking a CRM Implementor to customize and implement a CRM solution aligned with our unique business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand Synergy Corporation’s sales and operations cycle including enquiry tracking, quotation generation, PO processing, and post-order follow-up.
- Customize and implement CRM workflows to handle:
- eLeads and lead qualification
- Quotation approval and tracking
- Purchase Order (PO) and project status tracking
- Follow-up reminders, escalations, and MIS dashboards
- Work with Sales, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure smooth adoption and training.
- Create custom fields, automation rules, role-based access, and reporting templates specific to Synergy's operations.
- Ensure mobile-friendly usability for on-the-go access by field engineers and sales staff.
- Provide technical support and ongoing enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or relevant field.
- 3+ years of CRM implementation experience (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Prior experience with engineering, capital equipment, or B2B sales workflows is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
- Proficiency in creating custom modules, workflow automations, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations with Tally or ERP will be an added advantage.
