Die Fitter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, fit, and repair dies, including silicon dies, according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure tools and dies meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with dies and tools in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure longevity and functionality of tools and dies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Experience Required**:

- 3 to 20 years of experience as a Die Fitter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of silicon dies, including their handling, assembly, and maintenance.
