**Site Supervisor (Interior Designing)**

**Location: Kolkata (Topsia)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is progressing as per the approved designs and timeline.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues related to workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure project alignment.
- Maintain effective communication between the design team and on-site workforce.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management.
- Address client concerns and provide progress updates.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, labor logs, and material usage.
- Report delays, issues, or changes to the project manager.
- Ensure site handover is completed efficiently upon project completion.
- Business Development

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Designing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in interior project site supervision.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and project management tools is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- **Other**: Willingness to travel to different project sites if required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
