**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Manage **purchase activities** - from collecting quotations to order follow-up and delivery
- Coordinate with **vendors** - maintain vendor database, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely services
- Maintain and monitor **stock and inventory** - issue materials, track usage, and reorder as required
- Support internal departments with material and service requirements
- Oversee AMC renewals, office maintenance, and general facility support
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to purchases, vendors, and stock
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in administration, with strong skills in **purchase, vendor handling, and stock management**:

- **Experience in a construction or facility management company is an added advantage**:

- Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Fluency in Hindi and English, in addition to Malayalam, is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
- Graduate in any stream; certifications in admin/purchase/logistics preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
