Trainee Microbiologist at Microbiology lab
**Job Description**:
Responsible to perform microbiological analysis, media inventory & culture maintenance.
Responsible for water sampling and testing of pH for water samples and pH for Media.
To perform calibration of Instrument/equipment.
To perform Environment monitoring by Settle plate, Air sampling, and Contact plate.
To perform concurrent documentation of analysis.
To upkeep laboratory area, documents, and records.
Responsible to perform sample, and media destruction as per the standard operating procedure.
To sterilize the materials, media in Steam Sterilizer.
Reporting of incident, deviation, OOS, and OOT during analysis to group leader.
Temperature, RH, Differential Pressure monitoring in Microbiology lab.
To perform Fogging.
To coordinate with vendor for calibration and validation of instruments as per the schedule.
