Introduction:
The vacancy is join the Workplace & Collaboration Data Governance team, responsible for ensuring that Barclays meets its Regulatory and Legal commitments within its M365 product suite. The role will provide support to live systems and service stability, resolve incidents End-to-End and work closely with other technical areas and key stakeholders to ensure the Bank remains compliant.
- Analyse eDiscovery, eSurveillance & legal colleague’s problems and requirements, and design effective solutions using approved platforms and tools
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement to workflows & procedures.

What will you be doing?
- M365 Purview Compliance Centre Systems Management - Responsible for Operational Systems Management and Preventative Maintenance - to include proactive monitoring, system checks, SOD Reports, house-keeping and scheduled maintenance activities.
- Incident Management - 2nd Line Specialist support for all core and non-core Workplace & Collaboration Data Governance technologies.
- Change Management - Assess, plan, test and implement BAU change into Production environment, adhering to Bank’s governance and control procedures.
- Operational Readiness - take full accountability for the testing and acceptance of all change into production environment, including documentation reviews and operations manual production.
- Innovation - a key requirement for this role is to continually keep appraised of Infrastructure and Application enhancements in order to have the ability to continually be reviewing innovative solutions and service improvements as part of the role
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to develop and implement new features and enhancements aligned to roadmap initiatives and strategic goals
- Communication - with any incident raised or escalation to service the role holder must have the ability to communicate at all levels. This would include Client, Line Management and Peer interpersonal skills to either verbally communicate direction and changes required as part of the role, and to follow this up by the production of clear communication to the Client, or process changes/enhancements to line management and peers.
- Ability to execute quickly and effectively - strong influencing skills and ability to get things done in a complex matrix organizational structure.
- A true team player and collaborator, translating knowledge and experience into strong and productive relationships.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments across M365 & AI technologies and make recommendations for improvements.

What we’re looking for:

- Office 365 Security and Integration understanding
- Azure AD federation services
- Cloud security, MCAS
- Knowledge of Pen Tests, GDPR, Key Vaults, Data Residency Laws
- Directory Services
- Good understanding of M365 data management, processing and analysis in an eDiscovery, eSurveillance & legal context.
- Graduate / Post Graduate.
