Karur, India Airwill Home Collections Pvt Ltd Full time

1. Analyze current production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement

2. Optimize workflow and layout for maximum efficiency and mínimal waste in production

3. Develop and implement production time standards and monitor performance

4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

5. Collaborate with production managers and tailors to ensure the smooth execution of production plans

6. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, quality, and on-time delivery.

7. Ensure cost-effective utilization of materials, labor, and machinery

8. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production activities

9. Train production staff on best practices for efficiency and safety.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
