We are looking for a talented Counselor for a dermatology Institute. The role requires a strong client service background and a profound aspiration to help skin care professionals make the right decision for their next skill enhancement. You help them make the right choices by assisting with their queries, introducing them to courses that best fit their professional career.
- Counsel skin care professional through various video conferencing modes like Google, Zoom, Microsoft Teams meet, etc in a stipulated time while ensuring customer delight on the general and specific queries asked about courses.
- Need to maintain smooth coordination with tele-callers & product trainers.
- Increase conversion from counseling to the registration, one of the important KPIs.
- Maintain and update database/CRM on daily basis.
- Know and implement company offerings for improved promotion and business development.
- Need to understand the need of cross selling and sell the offerings accordingly.
- Should be able to mitigate client dis-satisfaction by calling for the intervention of appropriate resources.
- Should be techno-savvy.
- Prior experience of working with any Ed-tech will be an added advantage.
- Collect and share service feedback from the earned clients and thus referrals for the new business.
- Have a strong follow up with prospective clients.
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- Must demonstrate mastery of all areas of counseling responsibility and be computer literate.
- Graduate with 3-6 years of work experience in career and education counseling.
- Ability to work consistently prioritizing and executing tasks to meet deadlines consistently.
- High-quality English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use discretion in managing confidential information.
- Career and Higher education Counseling experience in professional Institutes preferred.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
