We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neuro Physiotherapist (MPT) to join our team at [Hospital/Rehabilitation Center Name]. The Neuro Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing specialized physiotherapy services to patients with neurological conditions, such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease. This role involves assessing patients' physical abilities, developing customized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of patients with neurological impairments, including evaluating movement, strength, balance, coordination, sensation, and functional abilities.
- **Treatment Planning**: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines, with a focus on maximizing functional independence and quality of life.
- **Therapeutic Interventions**: Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including exercise therapy, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education, to address impairments and optimize motor control and mobility.
- **Equipment Prescription**: Recommend and prescribe assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and orthotics to support patients' mobility and enhance their participation in daily activities.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families/caregivers about their condition, treatment plan, home exercise programs, and strategies for managing symptoms and preventing complications.
- **Interdisciplinary Collaboration**: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and rehabilitation nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care and facilitate patients' rehabilitation journey.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Physiotherapy with specialization in Neurology (MPT Neuro) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of [X] years of clinical experience in neurological physiotherapy preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills, including knowledge of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practice guidelines and outcome measures in neurological rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
