Resource Executive/Talent Acquisition Associate

**Experience: 1 to 2 years with good verbal and written communication skills**

**Job location: Sector-V, Salt lake, Kolkata-91 (Onsite)**

**Shift: Mon - Fri (Night Shift) 8:00 PM- 5:00 AM**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Have to be proactive throughout the cold calling process to get utmost results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's or any relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality are a must.
- A minimum of 1-year related experience within a recruitment and sales role.
- Very well versed with USA Job portals (Career Builder, Dice, Indeed etc.)
- Well updated with the current generic and niche IT skill sets.
- Must have computer knowledge. (MS Office, Database, CRM, Internet Efficiency).

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
