Novella Kitchens is a premium modular kitchen brand, known for innovative designs and quality craftsmanship. We are looking for a creative and results-driven **Digital Marketer** to join our team and manage our online presence across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **digital marketing campaigns** (Google Ads, Paid Ads, Social Media Ads).
- Handle **social media accounts**, increase brand visibility, and drive engagement.
- Create, post, and manage **content across platforms** (blogs, social media, website).
- Assist in **video shoots, project shoots, and content creation** for branding.
- Analyse **performance metrics** and prepare reports to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Digital Marketer / Social Media Executive**.
- Strong knowledge of **SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing**.
- Hands-on experience in **content creation, posting, and audience engagement**.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with **on-site shoots and client project coverage**.

**Work Mode**: Hybrid (on-site presence required for shoots/projects).
**Salary**: Based on experience (open to negotiation).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
