**Sales Executive Job Description (Freshers)**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as sales executives.
As a sales executive, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our products or services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers
3. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
4. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
5. Support the coordination and organization of events and product launches
6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition
8. Ready for field sales work as required

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's Or Post Graduation degree in Marketing or MBA
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
4. Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn
5. Good understanding of marketing principles and techniques
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
7. Fluent in English and Hindi
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹9,428.31 - ₹40,509.03 per month
