**Your Role in Our Story**

As a **Valet Supervisor**, you will be responsible for overseeing all valet operations, ensuring that guest vehicles are handled with care and efficiency. You will lead and manage the valet team, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth, safe operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the valet team, ensuring prompt and courteous service to all guests.
- Coordinate valet parking activities, ensuring efficiency in vehicle parking, retrieval, and guest assistance.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Train and mentor valet team members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and maintain the highest level of guest service.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate parking procedures, guest arrival expectations, and any special events to the valet team.
- Inspect vehicles for damage upon arrival and report any concerns immediately to the appropriate department.
- Ensure that valet areas are safe, clean, and organized at all times.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to valet service, resolving them quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles parked, tickets issued, and other relevant data for efficient operation and reporting.
- Work closely with the Front Office, Concierge, and Security teams to coordinate guest services and ensure a smooth flow of arrivals and departures.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Quick and effective decision-making to address guest concerns and operational challenges.
- **Experience**: At least 3+ years in valet operations, with 1+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or a related industry.
- **Valid Driver’s License**: Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
