**Job Title**: Semi-Qualified / CA Dropout - Accounts & Finance

**Location**: Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal

**Industry**: Export (Agro / Rice)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **finalization of accounts**, **financial reporting**, and **audit preparation**.
- Support **budgeting, forecasting**, and **variance analysis** for domestic & export divisions.
- Handle **accounts payable/receivable**, **reconciliations**, and **ledger scrutiny**.
- Prepare and review **GST, TDS, and other statutory returns**.
- Coordinate with **banks, auditors, and internal departments** for financial data.
- Maintain **MIS reports** for management on monthly/quarterly basis.
- Ensure compliance with **accounting standards** and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **CA Inter / CA Dropout / Semi-Qualified CA** with sound accounting knowledge.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred (manufacturing/export background will be an advantage).
- Strong understanding of **Tally / ERP systems**, **Excel**, and **financial analysis**.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
