**Job Descrition**:
We are searching for an engaged telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible patients. To this end, the tele caller will be required to obtain lists of individuals' information and guide them to visit the clinic. You should also jot down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups on the CRM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls from the prospects and converting them into confirmed patients who will visit the clinic.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients' requests.
- Answer and make calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance related expectations.
- Maintain the database of the leads on a regular basis, create and maintain proper records for all calls on the CRM.
- **Contact existing patients as well as new prospective leads using scripts.**

Qualifications & Skills:

- **Understand the specifications of the patients and give them appropriate replies.**:

- Address the patients’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Having a pleasing personality, should have working knowledge of MS Excel & working on the Customer Relationship Management software.
- More than 4-5yrs of relevant experience in sales & counseling with team management skills
- Must be patient service-oriented, extremely organised and detail-oriented. Should be patient and have the ability to engage patients in conversation.
