VACANCY FOR OPERATIONAL BUYER

Join us as an Operational Buyer based in Satara to drive Purchasing Process and Supplier Forecast & Material Management and accordingly to the Replenishment Process, continuously secure the availability of material according to requirements from both internal and external customers.

The position / About the Job:
In this job the Operational Buyer would be responsible for:

- Responsible for place purchase orders and communicating material requirements via Purchase orders to suppliers and handle deviations within placed purchase orders, secure delivery on time and following up on delayed orders.
- Receive and register order confirmations from suppliers, and handle and communicate deviations.
- Take care of purchase items for stock and/or project orders incl. min/max settlement.

- Receive and register order confirmations from suppliers, handle and communicate deviations.
- Purchase items for stock and/or project orders incl. min/max settlement.
- Handle deviations in supplier invoices and potentially authorize supplier payment.
- Secure the right data on item numbers in the local ERP system.
- Focus and follow up on results related to strategic goals: DOT, QA and cost.
- Support handshake process with idea generation

Who you are?

What you can be?
- Mechanical Engineer graduate, having relevant experience in purchase and procurement management.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Fabrication unit in purchase and procurement management.
- Good communication skills.
- Should be ready for traveling
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Should be proactive with good cross-functional awareness
- Good knowledge of the business and processes of the company
- You are proactive.
