**Job Profile**
Civil engineering professional with 3 to 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry (Hospital preferred). Experienced with project management software like MS Projects and Primavera P6. Main responsibilities include:
**Coordination & Monitoring**
- Organising Weekly Progress Review Meetings.
- Organising monthly Project Control Meetings.
- Maintaining issue tracker for all the projects.
- Tracking NCR, Quality, and snag lists for all the sites.
- Coordination with Document Controller for fulfilling the planning function.
- Coordination and supporting Planning Manager.
**Reporting**
- Originator of Monthly Project Report.
- Originator of Monthly Brief PPT to client and host the meeting.
- Originator of Power BI Dashboard.
- Regular update of weekly status from all the sites for planning function.
- Tracking and reporting contractor-submitted planning reports.
**Project Monitoring**
- Tracking and monitoring Master construction schedule.
- Updating project monitoring sheet.
- Monitoring work progress and manpower deployment.
- Productivity analysis.
- Experience in MS Projects
- Experience in Hospitals or any Commercial buildings as Planning Engineer
**Minimum qualification**
- Diploma/Degree/Postgraduate - Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Discipline - Civil/Project Management
- Experience: 3 - 5 Years after (degree/PG)
- Any special experience: Hospital will be preferred or any commercial buildings
