We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Chat Executive. As an Online Chat Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Your primary role will involve engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Client Communication**: Engage with clients through online chat platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Inquiry Resolution**: Address client inquiries promptly and effectively, providing accurate information and assistance.
- **Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently, utilizing resources and escalating complex problems as necessary.
- **Customer Support**: Provide timely and helpful support to clients, guiding them through processes, services, and products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist clients effectively.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure the quality of service by adhering to established standards and procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address client needs and improve overall customer experience.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement.
- **Adaptability**: Adapt to changes in procedures, technologies, and client needs to deliver consistent and high-quality service.

**Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
- Good Typing skill in English
- **Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position based on online chat support, requiring flexible hours including evenings and weekends as per business needs.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
