Job Responsibility:
Reception Duties
To be well versed with spa software and each and every spa/Salon treatment in
menu for accurate bookings at the desk.
To handle all guest spa bookings on phone and for walk-in clients.
Hande all guest cash transactions at the reception.
Handle all reception and desk responsibilities

Targets
Responsible for achieving guest services, products and GV targets as defined by
spa manager.
Guest Reception
To understand each and every treatment from the spa/salon menu.
To be able to offer a consultation to ever guest.
To be able to explain each service with their benefits and contraindications to the
guest.
To be able to upsell every service.
To have a perfect knowledge of all retail products.
To ensure all new guests fill in the Client Record form.
To ensure the guests check in and check out procedures according to guest
reception protocol and Branding Strategy.
To ensure each spa guest has a 7 star experience.
