Staff Nurse

A Staff Nurse provides direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient well-being. They assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and educate patients and their families. Staff nurses are responsible for maintaining patient records and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities of a Staff Nurse:
- **Patient Care**:Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures.
- **Assessment and Planning**:Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
- **Collaboration**:Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient well-being.
- **Education**:Educate patients and their families about health conditions, recovery processes, and disease prevention.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment outcomes.
- **Safety and Infection Control**:Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- **Equipment Operation**:Operate and maintain medical equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly and safe for use.
- **Patient Support**:Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families during challenging times.
- **Teamwork**:Work as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Supervision (if applicable)**:Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
- **Documentation**:Accurately record patient information, including vital signs, medications administered, and any changes in patient condition.
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
