We are looking for full-time Employees with relevant experience to work from the office. This job only for direct office work "not for work from Home" Training will be provided. We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as a Telecaller to join our company. Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers and to provide support care for our business. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales and support over the phone entirely and collect desired information from the clients. You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis. **Responsibilities** - Answering phones regarding the sales and support services provided by the company. - Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. - Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. - Resolving queries and issues related to the support and sales. - Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. - Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements. **Requirements**: - Graduation in any field. Well versed with computers. - Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department. - Great interpersonal skills. - Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must. - Strong organizational skills. - Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. - Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. **Qualifications** Any degree.
