*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Billing & Invoicing:* Prepare and issue invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- *Dispatch Coordination:* Manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- *Stock Maintenance:* Monitor and update stock levels regularly, coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory.
- *Accounts Reconciliation:* Assist in reconciling accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collection and payment.
- *Documentation:* Maintain proper records of all billing, dispatch, and stock activities.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Location, Belurmath, Howrah - 711202. Near Rangoli Mall

Duty Time 10 Am to 7 Pm.
