**Who You Are**:

- A seasoned technical leader with deep expertise in the **Agentforce platform** and a strong foundation in **AI technologies**.
- Passionate about driving innovation and mentoring others, especially those new to Agentforce.
- Skilled in architecting scalable solutions and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
- A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and engaging with cross-functional teams.
- An effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and drive **AI-focused initiatives** within the Agentforce ecosystem.
- Provide **technical leadership and mentorship** to junior team members.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify and implement AI opportunities.
- Architect and implement **scalable, high-performance solutions** using Agentforce and related technologies.
- Ensure adherence to **best practices** in development, deployment, and maintenance of AI features.
- Conduct **code reviews**, offer guidance, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay current with emerging trends in **AI and Agentforce**, bringing fresh ideas and innovations to the team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **Salesforce ecosystem** and its integrations.
- Familiarity with **Agile methodologies**, including sprint planning and execution.
- Prior experience leading **AI or machine learning projects** from concept to deployment.
