**1. Sales Manager**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in cable accessories, jointing kits, and termination kits.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals with utilities, contractors, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
**2. Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, and distributors.
- Provide technical sales support, including demonstrations and presentations.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure after-sales support.
**3. Technical & Product Knowledge**
- Stay updated on cable jointing kit specifications, standards, and technologies.
- Work closely with the technical team to provide customized solutions.
- Educate customers on installation, usage, and maintenance of cable jointing kits.
**4. Pricing & Contract Negotiation**
- Develop pricing strategies in coordination with management and procurement teams.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close profitable deals.
- Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and tenders.
**5. Market Expansion & Strategic Planning**
- Develop strategies for expanding into new markets (domestic and international).
- Identify opportunities in power utilities, renewable energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for branding, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
**6. Team Leadership & Collaboration**
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and sales efficiency.
- Work with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and competitor analysis to senior management.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
**Experience**:
- 1+ years in technical sales, preferably in cable jointing kits, power cables, or electrical accessories. Fresher Could Also Apply
**Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of electrical cable accessories, jointing technologies, and industry standards.
- Ability to work with contractors, EPC firms, and utilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and site visits.
