Experience: 2-3 yrs on Transportation/ Logistic/CHA/liner or related industry

Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation: Prepare various shipping-related documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), Bill of Lading (BL), and No Objection Certificates (NOC), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all documentation.

3. Vendor Management: Verify and reconcile vendor invoices, maintaining accurate records.

4. Document Collection and Handover: Collect and hand over essential documents from customers, carriers, CHA, and ports as required for seamless operations.

5. Customs Clearance and Delivery Order Follow-up: Collaborate with CHA and shipping lines to facilitate customs clearance and ensure timely follow-up on delivery orders.

6. Packing List Preparation: Prepare packing lists and share them with customers for waybills, ensuring all necessary information is included.

7. Printing and Packing: Print and pack documents for cleared cargo, facilitating handover to the operations team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
