**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, online research, and referrals.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
- **Client Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
- **Proposal Writing**: Prepare and present business proposals, project cost estimates, and bids to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to promote Royallinks Constructions' services and solutions.
- **Negotiation**: Assist in negotiating deals and closing contracts with clients to maximize profitability.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project management, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback, and report them to senior management.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and build partnerships.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good knowledge of market dynamics in the construction sector.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Bangalore’s real estate and construction market.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
