**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Female Vlogger to join our team and contribute to our marketing and informative video content. As a Vlogger, you will be responsible for producing engaging and compelling videos, following given topics and creating scripts that effectively convey the company's brand message and values. **Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and original video content for the company's marketing and informative videos, adhering to the provided topics and guidelines.
- **Scriptwriting**: Create compelling and well-structured scripts to present ideas, information, and products in a clear and persuasive manner.
- **On-Camera Presence**: Exhibit a confident and natural on-camera presence while delivering the content with enthusiasm and authenticity.
- **Brand Representation**: Maintain a consistent and positive representation of the company's brand values throughout all video content.
- **Research**: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our videos remain relevant and stand out in the market.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing team to align video content with ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
- **Video Editing**: Collaborate with the video editing team to ensure the final output meets quality standards and adheres to the intended message.
- **Engagement**: Monitor and respond to comments, feedback, and questions from the audience to foster a strong community around our video content.
- **Analytics and Optimization**: Analyze video performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize viewership and engagement.
- **Equipment Management**: Responsible for the proper care and maintenance of video equipment used for recording and production.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Film Production, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in vlogging, content creation, or a related field is desirable, but we also welcome talented individuals with a fresh perspective.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and information.
- **Creativity**: Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual and narrative elements to create engaging video content.
- **Confidence**: Comfortable and confident on-camera presence, with the ability to articulate ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
