**Parent Facing Executive (PFE)**

If you are a highly motivated, goal-oriented professional with experience in public relations, sales, or customer service, and you have a desire to help others succeed, we want to hear from you. We're looking for a talented admissions representative to join our admissions team.

Excellent communication skills, outgoing and confident when meeting new people, charismatic, patient listener, presentable, brand ambassador, excellent negotiation skills, ability to present high value propositions to parents, clarity of thought, word and deed, approachable and positive in outlook.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:
1. Possess a sincere interest in helping others achieve life goals.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with both faculty and student populations.

4. Superior organizational and problem resolution skills.

5. Goal oriented and highly ethical.

6. Strong expertise with MS Office as well as field related hardware and software packages and systems for reporting features.

7. Ability to interact effectively as either a leader or as a member of a team and work collaboratively with other departments.

8. Ability to listen to customers (e.g. staff, etc.) and to understand and respond positively to their requests.

9. Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.

10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.

11. Adept with Smart phones, latest apps & gadgets for communication.

12. Loves working with Excel Sheets, MIS, generating reports.

13. Bi-lingual knowledge would be an added advantage.

14. Excellent Social media presence & usage - Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, etc..

Note: If we are hiring fresher, she should be exceptional with great presentability and charisma.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be a proud ambassador of GDS Brand to parents, local community, and to the world.
- Responsible for Parent relations, parent interactions, press interaction, Admission office tour management.
- Bring big ideas, execution level detailing of big ideas to make concepts interesting, experiential, and non-controlling.
- Understand the emergent careers of Tomorrow’s world, and continually draw the connection between abilities, passion, and emergent opportunities/threats.
- Bring parents back into education system by engaging them in learning process.
- Support the work of teaching assistants, trainee teachers and newly qualified teachers (NQTs)
- Effectively addresses parent’s’ concerns and assists them in their decision to take admission at GDA School.
- Follows up on all parent inquiries in a prompt manner so as to provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of each prospective parent.
- Solicits referrals and Personally Developed Referrals (PDRs) from all prospective students.
- Fully understands the Fee structure and all processes relating to fee collection, scholarships, transportation costs, food, uniform & stationery costs.
- Calling prospect customers/ parents

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
