**Job Title**: Executive Chef
- **Job Overview**:
- Responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, including menu creation, staff management, and ensuring food quality.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and direct all culinary activities.
- Create and modify menus to meet quality standards.
- Estimate food requirements and manage food/labor costs.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks.
- Recruit, train, and manage kitchen personnel.
- Ensure compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Resolve any kitchen-related issues or complaints.
- Perform administrative duties such as payroll and record-keeping.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain professional relationships with staff.
