**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver induction and ongoing training for hospitality, housekeeping, and facility teams.
- Conduct sessions on:

- Professional grooming and hygiene
- Customer service and communication
- Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Etiquette, complaint handling, and guest interactions
- Motivate staff to maintain high service standards and job satisfaction.
- Conduct on-the-floor coaching and audits to identify performance gaps.
- Design training materials, manuals, and SOP documentation.
- Organize refresher programs and motivational workshops regularly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
- Maintain training records and submit reports to management.
- Encourage a positive, respectful, and high-performance culture among staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hospitality Trainer or Training Officer (Facility Management, Hotel, or Service Industry).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire, encourage, and build team spirit.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language preferred.
- Knowledge of SOPs in housekeeping, front office, and soft services.
- Ability to create and deliver effective training sessions and motivational talks.
- Minimum education: Graduate (Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred).
