**About Us**:
**The Role**:
Performance Outcomes /Accountabilities
- Completion of tasks within SLA. SLA varies per account, but the standards are the following:

- Offer Letter creation and issuance - 2 business days (volume cap of 40 contracts every 2 business days)
- 95% to 100% Data accuracy
- 98% to 100% work utilisation
- 100% compliance to recruitment process policies and procedures
- 100% completion of AMS and Client mandatory training
- Client and Stakeholder positive experience gathered via satisfaction survey. Minimum Average score of 3.5/5.0 but varies per account

Key Responsibilities
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (i.e. pre-employment screening vendor) and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team

Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Effective English business communication skills, written and oral
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
- Effective communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others and be clear, engaging and professional in written communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a demanding environment
- Good exposure to social media channels and their impact in Business.

Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Working knowledge of recruitment technology and systems
- Project management
- Providing solutions on out-of-scope task and consulting to senior coordinator/leads
- Familiarity with one or more sectors that we operate in e.g., Defense, Engineering, Technology, Pharmaceutical or Financial Services etc.
