**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and manage effective social media strategies, create engaging content, and drive impactful campaigns that align with our clients’ marketing goals. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about digital marketing and community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:Strategy and Content Creation**
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to clients' goals.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram.
- Ensure consistency in posting schedules and timely delivery of content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and account managers to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.

**Community Management**
- Monitor and engage with followers to foster online community growth.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Reply to comments, messages, and reviews to build strong relationships with followers.

**Performance and Optimization**
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube and Twitter.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and ROI.

**Trend Awareness and Innovation**
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Propose innovative ideas and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements:Educational Background**:

- Have Certificate in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience or internship in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, tools, and analytics.
- Ability to create and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in performance reporting and data-driven decision-making.

**Soft Skills**:

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
