**JOB TITLE - **Executive - Accounts

**Post** - 2

**WORK LOCATION - **Kolkata

**CTC - **4 - 5 LPA depending on experience.

**Education - **B.Com (H) with at least 50% and above marks.

**Experience - **at least 4-5 years in the relevant post handling in a manufacturing industry

**REPORTS TO - **Manager - Accounts

**KEY RESULT AREA**:
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**:
Purchase bill booking (50% of Raw Materials & Packaging Materials)

Vendor Reconciliations

Pending GRN follow-up with respective department for invoices.

Miscellaneous Job.i) Maintaining separate file for all the project expenditures.

ii) Handling and resolve the issue of disputed case which is related with invoices/GRN/PO

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- English, Bengali and Hindi (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
