**JOB PROFILE:

- **
- Delivering lectures in classrooms equipped for blended learning as per the pedagogy specific to that particular course and curriculum. Following ‘Batch Policy/SOP’ document to its fullest.
- Maintaining the timings and quality of the lectures as trained on, by the Master Trainer and as per the organization’s standards.
- Delivering Orientation sessions to students in order to acquaint them with the test pattern, preparation journey, and dos and don’ts.
- Regularly tracking student progress, and guiding the students on FLT/KYS/Actual test date booking.
- Regularly monitoring Assistant Trainers work, and providing due guidance/training in case of any gaps.
- Conducting one-to-one speaking sessions and review sessions for FLTs in the absence of Assistant Trainer, or as and when needed. Following the ‘**FLT Conduction**’ SOP to its fullest.
- Delivering timely assessments of mock tests and other tests conducted, as per the evaluation criterion set by the respective test conducting body, in the absence of Assistant Trainer, or as and when needed. Following the ‘**FLT Conduction**’ and **‘Specialized Writing Assessment’** SOPs to their fullest.
- Preparing weekly reports as per the provided formats, and report to the assigned Coaching Administrator weekly.
- Conducting lectures in the absence of the other trainers, or as and when required by the management.
- Coordinating with the Administration and Students Relations team regularly through support tickets, meetings, and verbal interactions in order to bridge gaps between the Coaching and the Student Visa department.
