Introduce themselves in different classes about themselves and their purpose in the school for students to seek counseling sessions.

Classroom observations to identify students behaviors, and social interaction with their peers.

interact with principal on regular basis and give updates of the students behavior, need for counseling, and updates on the sessions of students who are receiving counseling

Take guidance classes for students at a class wise or grade wise level on socio-emotional topics that can improve bond and interpersonal relationships among each other.

Conduct informal assessments to identify any deviations in behavioral and academic functioning of the students.

In case of formal assessments, students are being referred to outside schools for formal assessments

Prepare a workable treatment plan that can be implemented during the school hours.

Calling parents and arranging parent meetings in the presence of principal or personally to discuss the challenges faced by their child, and preparing a treatment plan that will benefit the student.

Parent teacher conferences are being guided and handled well by the counselors.

Workshop and teacher training workshops are being conducted by the counselors upon the request of the schools.

Meeting with teachers, and discussing the fall backs or progress made by students who are being counseling support.

Following up with parents to monitor the progress of the child at home.

Maintaining record of all the sessions being held in the school.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (preferred)
