**Experience - 1-4 years**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Connect and terminate 96-core fiber optic cables to ensure good signal quality.
- Test fiber cables using tools like OTDR, fusion splicers, power meters, and light sources.
- Identify and fix problems like signal loss, breaks, or damage.
- Install new fiber optic cables in underground, aerial, or building setups.
- Connect new cables to existing networks.
- Keep detailed records of splice locations, test results, and project updates.
- Update cable diagrams and documents for 96-core fiber projects.
- Quickly respond to and repair network outages or fiber breaks.
- Work closely with engineers, managers, and other technicians to complete tasks.
- Basic reporting and communication skills for client interaction.
- Work well with a team.

**Education & Skills**:

- High school diploma (required); technical certifications in telecom or fiber optics preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in fiber optic splicing, especially with 96-core cables or higher.
- Hands-on experience with high-core-count fiber cables is essential.

Pay: ₹10,863.43 - ₹28,668.91 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
