**Job Title**: Head of Department (HOD) - Cardio Care Technology
**Experience Required**: Minimum 5 Years (preferably in academia or clinical cardio technology roles)
**Qualification**: M.Sc. in Cardio Care Technology / Cardiovascular Technology and equivalent (Ph.D. preferred)

**Job Summary**:
The HOD - Cardio Care Technology will be responsible for leading the academic and administrative functions of the department. The role involves curriculum development, teaching, faculty management, industry collaboration, and fostering student growth in the field of cardiac technology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the department in academic planning, curriculum development, and continuous improvement.
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses related to Cardio Care Technology.
- Supervise faculty members, manage timetables, and ensure high-quality teaching and clinical training.
- Coordinate clinical postings, internships, and practical sessions with affiliated hospitals or cardiac care units.
- Conduct research, encourage student projects, and participate in national/international academic forums.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies like UGC, AICTE, and respective health councils.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and guest lectures with professionals from the cardiology sector.
- Mentor students academically and professionally, promoting overall development and placement readiness.
- Prepare department budgets, proposals, and reports as required by college management.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of cardiac care procedures, diagnostics, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong academic and clinical background.
- Effective communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with medical and academic professionals.

**Preferred**:

- Clinical or teaching experience in reputed hospitals or educational institutions.
- Membership in professional bodies related to cardiology or allied health sciences.
- Experience in research publication and academic accreditation process

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
