- **Data Management**:

- Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and operational data from various sources within the firm.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate periodic reports, dashboards, and financial statements for management review.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making processes.
- **Software Management**:

- Utilize accounting software, spreadsheets, and other MIS tools proficiently.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of MIS software and tools.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions for improvement.
- Implement automation and streamline workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities related to data security and confidentiality.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
- **Client Support**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and provide data-driven insights.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and financial models as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a CA firm or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in MIS and data management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
