- Direct & oversee site activities & personnel
- Oversee day to day operations of the Site
- Implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ luxurious Residential Projects
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors
- Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors
- Coordination between client, site, sub-contractors & suppliers
- Negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers
- Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site
- Plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site by daily preparation of labour schedule
- Quality control of work done at site
- Executing all interior work as per design and in perfection
- Knowledge updates with industry best practices
- Foster good teamwork
- MIS & reporting
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Relevant or equivalent degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years or relevant or equivalent experience in the same industry
- Proficient in Autocad software & MS Office is a must
- Pleasing personality with excellent inter-personnel skills is a must (Fluency is English is mandatory)
- Strong time management, problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Willing to learn & grow with positive frame of mind & go to attitude

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
