Peon

**Job Overview**: The Peon is responsible for providing general office support, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness within the premises, and assisting staff with daily administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties such as cleaning, dusting, and organizing office spaces.
- Assist with delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and other items.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Serve refreshments, such as tea, coffee, and water, to staff and visitors.
- Help with the movement of furniture or setting up for meetings and events.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and manage basic office chores.
- Punctual, reliable, and well-organized.

This role is usually entry-level and requires a person who is adaptable, hardworking, and efficient in maintaining the smooth functioning of office operations.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
