**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform fitting, assembling, and installation of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure proper alignment, adjustment, and calibration of machines.
- Handle electrical wiring, connections, and troubleshooting of motors, switches, and panels (basic level).
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals.
- Follow safety protocols and company maintenance standards.
- Support production teams by minimizing breakdowns and ensuring timely repairs.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Fitter / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** as a Fitterman in manufacturing/industrial setup.
- Knowledge of **basic electrical work** (wiring, switches, motors, etc.) is mandatory.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment.
- **Must have a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license** for local commuting.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,513.62 per month
