**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Organize, catalog, and manage library resources efficiently.
- Assist students and faculty in locating and using library materials.
- Plan and conduct reading programs, book fairs, and literary activities.
- Maintain library records and oversee the proper use of books and resources.
- Stay updated with new publications and recommend book acquisitions.
- Ensure a quiet and conducive reading environment in the library.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science (B.Lib / M.Lib) or equivalent.
- Minimum **1-3 years** of experience in a school or academic library.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Good communication skills and a passion for books and learning.
- Familiarity with digital library systems is a plus.
