**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients with spinal cord injuries.
- Provide individual and group therapy to help clients cope with the emotional and psychological challenges associated with their injuries.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families about coping strategies and adjustment to injury.
- Conduct workshops and support groups to promote mental health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of psychology and spinal cord injury rehabilitation.
**Qualifications**:
- Doctorate in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice psychology
- Experience working with individuals with spinal cord injuries or similar conditions is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to client care.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
