**Main Purpose of the Role**:
This PAQ is for the backfill at existing role without any change in scope or level.

IT Sr Analyst / Sr Manager - RTR Accounting and Close Operations Specialist will be part of the PGT Solution Design Team being setup under ES function in Tech Hub at Hyderabad. This role supports the implementation and deployment of the Record to Report (RTR) area of the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) for Accounting and Close Operations processes. The objective of this role is to ensure that the Global Template solution supports the SAP S/4 Accounting and Close Operations processes for PepsiCo’s. The role collaborates in standardization of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system confirms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business. This role augments the capability within D&D function to deploy the PepsiCo Global template (PGT) in agile manner to multiple markets.

**Accountabilities**:

- Work with RTR Solution Lead in Hub to partner with Global Process Lead in various Accounting and Close Operations processes: Parallel ledgers, Intercompany Processes, Closing Cockpit, Journal Entries Workflow, Month end closing, Year-end closing, Financial Statements and Accounting Master Data
- Work with extended partner team in reviewing all Configuration Requests and Change requests within sprint.
- Support decision-making for Accounting & Close Operation processes sub areas for any localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
- Ideate with RTR Solution Lead, Global Process Leads and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template - Consult/Execute
- Partner with the MTD and OTC teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Consult / Execute
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities - Consult / Execute
- Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors - Consult / Execute
- Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global S/4 solution leveraging agile methodology - Consult / Execute
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and enough product backlog for the teams to work against - Consult / Execute
- Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies - Consult / Execute
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute
- Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste
- Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged
- Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Years of Exp Needed**:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance.
- 5-8 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Accounting and Close Operations processes: Parallel ledgers, Intercompany Processes, Closing Cockpit, Journal Entries Workflow, Month end closing, Year-end closing, Financial Statements and Accounting Master Data

**Mandatory Skills**:

- Minimum one E2E SAP S/4 Hana green field /brownfield implementation experience is a must, preferably for a CPG organization, with hands-on consulting experience around Accounting and Close Operations processes: Parallel ledgers, Intercompany Processes, Closing Cockpit, Journal Entries Workflow, BRF+, Month end closing, Year-end closing, Financial Statements and Accounting Master Data
- EDI /ALE Interface design experience and should have worked on WRICEFS.
- Should have done extensive work on Record to Report integration with other modules like materials management, MTD and OTC etc. In addition, integration with external systems like Concur, Blackline and Ariba is preferred.
- Should have experience with other RTR sub-modules: Bank, Tax, AP, AR, PS, Assets, cost center accosting, product costing and COPA.
- Excellent client facing skills required to manage key stakeholders. Onsite SAP implementation experience is a must
