Digital Marketing Executive

This is a performance-driven role that requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and creative problem-solving to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, execute, and optimize **SEO strategies** to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and manage paid campaigns on **Google Ads** and other advertising platforms (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns with relevant micro and macro influencers.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce engaging visuals and creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance regularly using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc., and generate actionable insights.
- Build and execute monthly digital marketing calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely execution of campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum **2 years** of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and technical optimization.
- Experience in handling and scaling **Google Ads** and paid ad campaigns.
- Proven success with **social media strategies** and platform-specific content.
- Experience in **influencer onboarding, coordination, and campaign tracking**.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a creative approach to marketing.
**Preferred**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in a **consumer brand** or **lifestyle product** industry is a plus.
- Ability to ideate and run product launch campaigns.
