Performance monitoring security backups troubleshooting and data recovery. â?¢ Install patch maintain & monitor Oracle databases. Monitor verify backups & perform ad-hoc upgrade backup recovery migration etc. â?¢ Understanding of MySQLâ??s underlying storage engines such as InnoDB & MyISAM â?¢ Knowledge of de-facto standards & best practices in MySQL. Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements. Knowledge of MySQL features such as its event scheduler â?¢ Ability to plan resource requirements from high level specifications Generic skill required â?¢ International client facing experience â?¢ Excellent communication written & verbal â?¢ Should be open for all shifts 24x7 model of operations â?¢ Knowledge on ITIL and project specific SLA OLA CIP and KIP â?¢ Knowledge in handling Major Incident Management calls and driving/handling skills of such events. â?¢ Should be open for travel. â?¢ Experienced in driving Continuous Improvement activities â?¢ Experienced in identifying deploying automation ideas â?¢ Experienced in managing the operations using tools & dashboard effectively as well as proactively â?¢ Keen interest in maintaining documentation control & flair to drive actions using set processes with optimal efficiency demanded by the operational urgency L1 Panel 106097 Amey Prabhakar Ghag 9702897161 L2 Panel 107301 Dolton Richard Pereira 9819709646
