**Reports To**: General Manager / Director of Operations

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff and culinary operations.
- Develop and update innovative menus that reflect our brand and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor food costs, kitchen supplies, and inventory to maintain budget.
- Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP compliance).
- Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen team members to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with management for special events, catering, and seasonal promotions.
- Source and manage relationships with food suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle kitchen administration, including reports, payroll input, and compliance paperwork.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international and local cuisines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in hotel, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of food trends, dietary requirements, and sustainability practices.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, kitchen management software).
