**Operational Management**:

- Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Ensure the safety and security of the school facilities.
- Develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of the school building and grounds.

**Community Relations**:

- Communicate with parents, guardians, and the community.
- Build relationships with community organizations and businesses.
- Represent the school at public events and functions.
- Advocate for the needs of the school and its students.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Handle student discipline issues.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students.
- Respond to emergencies and crises.
- Stay up-to-date on educational trends and best practices.
- Administrative capabilities to manage the school independently and manage staff with students.
- Linguistic Proficiency: English, Hindi.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
