**Job Overview**:
You will collaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life for both digital campaigns and live event promotions. Your work should enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and create memorable experiences for our clients and audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging and vi.sually appealing graphics, including advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
- Create graphics from scratch using design tools and not just use templates
- Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity and resonate with the audience.
- Develop innovative graphic, video, 2D animation, 3D anamorphic content, starting from conceptualization to final design execution.
- Utilize VFX, motion graphics, and animations to enhance video storytelling and engage audiences.
- After Effects & Post-Production: Use After Effects for compositing, color grading, and advanced editing to polish final videos.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, including designers, writers, and directors, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional content.
- Content Optimization: Edit and repurpose video content for different formats (e.g., social media, ads, presentations), optimizing for quality and engagement.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, especially Instagram. Focus on increasing engagement, reach, and interaction on social media through creative content.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Film, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CDR, and VFX tools etc).**:

- Strong storytelling abilities to create compelling video content.
- Excellent creative communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression methods.
- Familiarity with **web design** and responsive design principles.
- Strong artistic and creative ability to produce visually appealing designs.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve issues that arise during the editing process.
- Time management to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and ability to work for long hours.
- Familiarity with additional tools like Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D, or Blender is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of graphics, video styles and editing techniques.
- High attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency in all content.
